Refund policy
At this time we have no return, no refund policy, which means that all sales are final with the exception of a mistake on our part. Any deposits made are nonrefundable.
To be eligible for a return, we must determine that your order/sale was fulfilled incorrectly and the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain situations may warrant an exception to our refund/return policy, but that will be judged on a case-by-case basis. In those cases, if a deposit is made but we haven't placed your special order yet, your deposit may be able to transfer into a store credit, but there will not be a refund. If the order has been placed, there will be no refund or store credit.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue store credits on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis only for regularly priced, "off-the-rack items" that have not left our store and must be requested within 7 days of purchase. Exchanges will not be considered for any dress purchased more than one week prior. Special orders cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances. Any exchange allowed must be of equal or greater value. No refunds will be issued.
Refunds
If an exception is made for a refund, we will notify you once it's been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
